Wrong! I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way and, crucially, it shouldn’t be that way.
You wouldn’t expect to argue a legal case in a court of law on your own, yet in dispute with your employer you’re facing your boss who often knows employment law inside out.
How are you supposed to know if your employer is following the rules and implementing the correct, lawful processes?
If you’re being treated unfairly, how can you effectively stand up to your boss?
My background as a Company Director and HR Specialist gives me specialist insight into what your Company and your boss is really thinking. I can use this to help you respond to any challenge or dispute you may be facing in the workplace.
When you’re in a stressful situation with your employer you don’t need additional worries trying to find or understand complex HR and legal advice. So, to make things easy and stress-free, I’ve developed two ways of working with me.
Option one gives you my unique downloadable information pack: notes about what to say in meetings, template letters to back it up and legal advice designed so you can work through them yourself. They will give you the knowledge, words and phrases to use that will show your employer that you know what you are talking about and that you can’t be walked over or ignored.
Option two takes this a stage further and gives you dedicated time with me so I can advise you on a one-to-one basis, enabling me to create a strategy and supporting guidance notes and to write letters tailor-made for you. When your employer finds themselves on the receiving end of this package they may well ask you to become their HR Manager!
